Carmen Oleksinski is a Senior Research Associate in the Transport Strategy Centre (TSC) at Imperial College London. At the TSC, Carmen has worked on benchmarking performance of public transport systems around the world across a number of key performance indicators. In addition, she has led comparative studies in the areas of station design, passenger safety, resource management, sustainability strategies, and customer satisfaction. Previously, Carmen worked at MTA New York City Transit where she specialised in policy development, data analysis, and strategic initiatives. Carmen has a Master of Science in Engineering and a Master of City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
